WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

The shipping time is between 1 and 3 days from the moment the purchase is made.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping price depends on the weight and city or country of the final destination.

During the purchase process, you will have to complete the shipping information and the system will automatically calculate the cost for cities in Spain and Portugal.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SENT BY MAIL?

Our shipments are made with MRW, once sent, you must follow up directly with the shipping company with the tracking number received by email.

L´Ganza does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the buyer or when delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns, but we do make exchanges in case a product has arrived in poor condition or with defects, without having been used or altered.
